127 Sports Intensity is the umbrella group that oversees the FBC, the FMJGT and the SSA.

127 Sports Intensity operates under the philosophy of "Educational Athletics." While our day to day activities for the kids are built around golf and basketball skill development, the underlying emphasis is on teaching kids positive behaviors and life skills that extend much further than the course or the playing court.  Our end goal is to instill in our community’s children a strong foundation of sportsmanship, team work, communication, and leadership through participation in  sports that will follow them throughout life. Countless statistics show that kids who are involved in extracurricular activities have a higher graduation rate, make more money in their careers, graduate from college and achieve higher goals for themselves. 

127 Sports Intensity is inclusive and offers the youth in our surrounding communities the option to participate in various parts of our local program. This is a great chance for skill building as well as a wonderful opportunity for all participants to interact in a positive manner with others and make new friends. 

127 Sports Intensity is a community organization, run solely by volunteers and is outside of the local school district.  However, we work cooperatively with and are supported by the Fairfield School District in our activities and utilize school facilities to hold practices, play games and host fundraising events such as tournaments. Our organization’s activities are funded by these hosted events as well as the minimal participation fees charged to our young athletes. No child will be turned away based on their ability to pay.
